Christmas Klaverjas in a packed canteen
It was good old-fashioned fun in the canteen during our annual Christmas Klaverjas Tournament! The turnout was fantastic: a mix of members, former members, and guests competed enthusiastically and in a spirit of good sportsmanship at five tables.
The cards flew across the tables and the battle for first place was incredibly exciting. In the end, Edwin proved to be the strongest player of the evening. With only a 6-point lead, he managed to stay just ahead of Michael – proof that every point really counts in klaverjassen!
A big compliment to Gerard and Mick, who organized and ran the tournament perfectly. Thank you for the enjoyable evening, and see you at the next card night!
