TTV Amstelveen is Looking for a Secretary!
Would you like to play an important role within our friendly and active table tennis club?
TTV Amstelveen is looking for a new Secretary.
Our current secretary, Ben, officially stepped down as of January 1st, 2026. Unfortunately, no successor has come forward yet, which is why we are now urgently looking for someone to take on this important board position.
What does a Secretary do at TTV Amstelveen?
The role is varied and can easily be combined with work or studies. The responsibilities include:
- Managing the keys for the club’s facilities
- Responding to emails from (potential) new members
- Preparing board meetings (approximately 8 times per year)
- Maintaining contact with the municipality regarding hall rental and rental checks
- Archiving and maintaining club documentation
Full support and guidance
You will not be on your own.
Ben is happy to support you during the initial period. The rest of the board members are also more than willing to help you get started.
