On Sunday, 17 November, the National Youth Ranking Tournament took place in Tilburg. A total of 249 young talents from across the Netherlands competed in various age categories for honor and prizes. TTV Amstelveen was represented by four players: two boys and two girls.
While the boys fought hard, they unfortunately didn’t manage to reach the top positions. The girls, however, made a lasting impression and won the crowd over with their strong performances.
In the Under 13 A-class, Elisa Lammers won an impressive five out of seven matches, earning a well-deserved second place and taking silver back to Amstelveen.
One of her two losses was against Lina Mansri, who claimed the title of Dutch Ranking Champion with six wins out of seven matches.
A fantastic achievement by both players – congratulations on securing first and second place in the Netherlands at the National Ranking Tournament!
TTV Amstelveen is very proud of these young talents and looks forward to seeing their further development. This is just the beginning!
