On Thursday 17 February Wim, Gerard, Jaap and yours truly went to Hoofddorp to play our 3rd league match.
As Jaap has not yet fully recovered, he only plays the doubles for now, so as 4th man.
HTC 8 was too strong for us: they won 10-0.
Since I returned from Finland early December 2021 and contracted COVID 19 there, my condition is below par. Opponents remarked after the match that I was panting. I also noticed it myself.
The first two matches were in full court (five games) and three other sets were in fours.
We now have 6 points after 3 league matches. I myself have not won a set yet.
Next match is on 7 March at home against Heemstede.
