Message by match secretary Alex Brandt:
Dear senior club members,
The Spring competition ’26 has now ended, the final standings are attached. Our Amstelveen teams performed excellent. Unfortunately, there was one relegated team (Amstelveen 6 in the 4th class of the regular competition), but also no less than four championships! Two in the regular competition and two in the duo competition.
Regular competition
Our new Amstelveen 2 lineup (Keisuke, Lei, Arjo, Keita, Nonoka, and Ece) has become champion in the 2nd class. Furthermore, Keita, Nonoka, and Ece remained undefeated!
Amstelveen 5 (Micha, Atie, Paul, Wanda, and Bihao) also became champion in the 4th class. This was led by Micha, who lost only two matches and finished with a percentage of 92%! The team will now try again to maintain its position in the 3rd class.
Duo competition
In the duo competition, there was big success with our teams Amstelveen 1 (Georgios, Arkady, Aset, and Viktor) in the 2nd class and Amstelveen 2 (Andrei, Sergii, Dnyanesh, and Jianxiong) in the 3rd class. Congratulations to all the champions!
