Youth competition news

Hi competitive players,

Competition:
Here’s the very first schedule for the 2025 spring competition
It includes all the matches for every team and specifies which players are playing in each match for each team.

This is just an initial draft and can, of course, be updated (as long as it’s done on time).
If you notice any dates when you’re unavailable to play, please let me know by emailing jeugd@ttvamstelveen.nl
During the last three weeks of the competition, team schedules may be adjusted to help avoid relegation or improve chances of winning a championship.

Once the competition starts on January 25, team captains will be responsible for any changes to their team lineup, finding substitutes, and updating the required NTTB app.

Tips:

  • Download the TTAPP (https://ttapp.nl/) to check schedules, results, and rankings.
  • Make sure your gear is in top condition.
  • Train hard and be on time for training sessions.
  • Wear your club shirt during matches. If you don’t have one, order it from Guus Korper.
  • Sign up for external tournaments!

Training with John Scott:
John Scott will resume training on Wednesday, January 8. By popular demand, the selection training sessions have been extended by 15 minutes. So far, 15 players have signed up:
Sebastiaan, Justin, Ekin, Pengxuan, Pengyu, Amrit, Vrishti, Elisa, Lina, Taha, Dimana, Natasha, Atharv, Yichen, and Dhruv.

If your name isn’t on the list but you’d like to join the selection training, email jeugd@ttvamstelveen.nl. The cost for the extra training sessions will be about €75.

If you have any questions or comments, feel free to email me at jeugd@ttvamstelveen.nl.

On behalf of the coaches,
Guus Korper
