General Members Meeting 2021

Dear members of our club,

I would like to invite you all for the postponed General Members Meeting (GMM) 2021.

Date: Monday 16th of May 2022
Time: 20.00 hours
Where: Landtong 14, our cantine

Details:
-> This day there is only youth training until 19:30 and no free play, the venue is therefore closed in the evening.
-> Kindly let us know if you will be able to attend or not.
-> When you are attending please be present at least 15 minutes before the start.

Please find the following attachments (in Dutch) in the mail that is sent to you:
- Agenda
- Minutes ALV 2019 (there was no ALV in 2020)
- Annual report (Chairman, Youth, Financial)

Although the meeting will be mostly held in Dutch you all are most welcome to attend.
We will have the coffee (and tea) ready!
