Competition junior players!?

Dear youth members and their parents,

The Spring Competition 2023 is now over, attached you will find the individual rating of all junior players and the rankings and percentages of the regular and starters competitions. There are no championships to celebrate this time, but most teams have maintained nicely in their classes.

For the latest club news, don’t forget to check our website regularly. Here you will also find a report of the past competition for the youth teams.

Meanwhile, preparations for the Autumn 2023 competition are underway. The playing schedule is added here.
Would you like to play competition? Then sign up as soon as possible! Before the end of June the teams must be entered into the administration system (NAS) of the association.
As usual we will play in a group of 6 teams so you will play a maximum of 10 league games per season.

Survey Autumn League ’23
To take stock of everyone’s plans/wishes for next season, we would like to ask you to fill out a survey. There are of course no guarantees, but we will do our best to take all preferences into account. Please complete the survey, sent by email, by Sunday, 28 May. If you can no longer find it, you can request it from Guus or the website.

Regular competition
All games will be played on Saturday, home games start at 10:00 am. For away games, the starting time is determined by the opponent.

  • The club is only entitled to places in a class according to the results achieved by the teams in the Spring Competition ’23.
  • Teams may consist of minimum 3 players and maximum 6 players, with the exception of the last team of the club.
  • Playing schedule starts on September 16 and ends at December 2.

Starters competition
All games will be played on Saturday, home games start at 10:00 am. For away games, the starting time is determined by the opponent.
The Starters competition is a separate competition in which matches are shorter (only 5 sets, 2x two singles and 1x doubles).

  • Teams may consist of a minimum of 2 players and a maximum of 5 players, except for the last starter team of the club.
  • All starter league players may substitute (up to 3x per season) on the other starter league teams and on the regular league teams.
  • Players in the starters competition must, in principle, advance to the regular league after 2 seasons.

This league can be interesting for example for junior players:

  • Who are going to play competition for the first time.
  • Who have not yet reached a sufficient level for regular competition.

WE ARE WAITING FOR YOUR PROMPT ANSWERS !!!
