Fun New Year’s tournament and drinks
No fewer than 40 members braved the bitter cold on Saturday 10 January 2026 to make their way to our playing hall at Landtong 4 to take part in our traditional New Year’s tournament.
This time, for the first time combined with our junior players, a group stage was played with 5 players per group, mixing all levels.
In the second phase, four players played on ten tables in groups with players of as similar a level as possible.

At quarter past four, the last ball was struck and the winners were:

Brian presented the tournament prizes and the champion teams were also honoured with a beautiful bouquet.
