The 2022 annual general meeting was held on 16 November.
As usual, the secretary will report on it in detail.
But some highlights we do not want to withhold from you:
- financially, the club is doing well. The audit committee (Gerard and Dick) was very impressed with the financial reporting. See below.
- the club contribution will therefore not increase next season.
- despite the corona, membership is still rising; especially among the youth!
- our secretary Ben (retiring according to schedule) was reappointed for a further term, amid applause, so the board remains unchanged.
The cash committee report included the following phrases:
- neatly drafted financial report
- clear oral explanation by treasurer
- some sneaky questions asked by the experienced audit committee
- the financial policy was carefully conducted and accounted for
- advice to the GMM to grant the treasurer discharge for the policy pursued.
