The competition will be done on Saturday 19 April. Until the summer holidays, there are many tournaments for the youth. Playing tournaments is important for your table tennis development, so we would like to encourage you to sign up for one or more tournaments.
Below you will find the most important information of the tournaments in chronological order.
Please note: playing tournaments almost always involves costs.
Date: Saturday 10 May
Title: Dutch championships B licences
Location: Sporthal De Trits, Goeman Borgesiuslaan 2, Baarn
Participation for: This tournament is for youth players who appear on the national youth rankings.
Participants must meet the following conditions:
Under 11 years: All players in the O11 age category, except those with an A licence.
Under 13: O13 to O19 For all NTTB youth members with a B licence.
Under 23: Participation is possible for NTTB members in the O23 age category.
Registration closes on 28 April 2025 or as much earlier as the tournament is fully booked.

Date: Sunday 11 May
Title: Dutch championships B licences

Participation for: This tournament is for youth players who appear on the national youth A-rankings list.
Participants must meet the following conditions:
Under 11: A O11 to O19 Participation is possible for youth members of the NTTB with an A licence. The four highest finished players in the main rounds of the NJK-B tournament on Saturday 10 May 2025 may also participate.
Registration takes place in one class of singles plus one class of doubles (for the O11 to O19). In both singles and doubles, everyone will play in their own age group. If no doubles partner is specified, the association representative will assign one.

Date: Sunday 11 May
Title: HTC Starters Tournament
Location: HTC, Hoofddorp
Participation for: This tournament is designed to give youth players experience playing tournaments. The level of play required is minimal: only basic knowledge of the rules and elementary strokes are required. Players whose level does not qualify for the national youth ranking tournaments are also eligible for this tournament.
Participants must meet the following conditions:
- no A or B licence
- born in 2006 or later
- a rating of 550 points or lower, or players of beginners’ level with no rating
Super fun tournament where we are present with many youth members every year.
Registration closes on Sunday 4 May 2025 or as much earlier as the tournament is fully booked. The maximum number of participants is 40. Please note that in recent years the tournament is usually fully booked well before the closing date is reached.

Title: Diederik Steunenberg youth tournament
Location: Sporthal Zwolle Zuid, Van der Heydenstraat 2, 8014 ZZ Zwolle
Participation for: When registering, the most recent ELO rating on the NTTB site will be considered. Lowest class is for starting children, who do not yet play competition.

Titele: NATIONAL B YOUTH QUALIFICATION RANKING TOURNAMENT AALSMEER
Location: Sporthal “De Bloemhof” Aalsmeer
Participation for: The tournament is for players with a B or C licence. Nowadays, every youth member has at least a C licence. Participating B players have not yet fulfilled any of the conditions to keep their B licence for next season as well.
Participants must meet the following conditions:
- Participation is open to the following NTTB youth members from all regions, born in the period from 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2014 (in the 2025 2026 season age category O19, O17, O15 or O13)
- Players without an A licence who participated in one of the national B or C youth ranking tournaments in the 2024-2025 competition season
- Other players without an A or B licence
Registration closes on Sunday 11 May 2025 or as much earlier as the tournament is fully booked.
