TTVA performs great in HTC starters tournament
On Sunday, November 26th, it was that time again—we had the annual HTC Starters Tournament in Hoofddorp.
With a whopping 11 players under the guidance of coach Guus Korper, Tafeltennisvereniging TTV Amstelveen was the main supplier to this always excellently organized tournament for the budding youth of North Holland.
After the initial qualifying rounds, the final groups were formed. Exciting matches in various categories ultimately led to, once again, fantastic, and sometimes surprising results.
Atharv Rastogi secured the first prize in the pool of the strongest players. Yichen Sun, Dimana Nicolova, Pengyu He, and Elisa Lammers also made the journey back to Amstelveen with a trophy for either the 1st or 2nd prize in their respective pools.
This (almost) marked the end of a special season with exceptional results for the TTV Amstelveen youth. Next Saturday (December 2nd), we anticipate that three out of the four youth league teams from TTV Amstelveen will be crowned champions.
