Dear members,
Thanks to all the members who have already signed up to come and help with moving our stuff to the new location. However, we could still use a number of additional volunteers. Many hands make light work. Even if you can help for an hour, it is greatly appreciated.
Further additional information:
Days and times. On both Sunday, October 27 and Friday, November 1, we will be working from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Mover. We have an agreement with a removal company to move the tables and other large and heavy items.
The tables will be moved on 1 November and will be available to be played at 15:00.

Dear members,
WE WILL RELOCATE IN THE SHORT TERM – Saturday, November 2, we want to be able to play in our new gym already!
As you have seen, the new school building including the gym and canteen, next to our current location is almost finished. We received the keys the day before yesterday, Friday, October 11.
But as you will understand, there is a lot to be done before we can play tabletennis and have a drink in our canteen at the new location. SO WE NEED YOUR HELP!
What needs to be done?
- The bar. The canteen space is there, the kitchen is finished, but we still need to build the bar. So if you are handy and technically minded let us know as soon as possible!
- Packing. All kitchen stuff and small play materials etc. needs to be packed. If you have some boxes to borrow, please let us know.
- Moving. All items need to be moved. Canteen interior (tables, chairs, bar stools etc.), play materials (fences, counting tables, robot etc.). Tables will in principle be moved by a professional moving company.
- Cleaning. All items need to be cleaned properly (is rightaway our fall cleaning).
When do we want to do all of this?
Right now we have the following two days in mind for packing, moving and cleaning:
- Sunday October 27
- Friday November 1
Exact times to follow, but will be in the afternoon.
There will be a separate schedule for the bar with the ‘barconstruction crew’. Arjan Verburg is in the lead of this part.
